As in our home inspections, we take a systematic approach in checking the structure’s interior, exterior, the grounds, and the mechanical systems. The report will list these items and also contain additional items of interest to the customer. These reports are more extensive and detailed in their descriptions and documentation.

We offer to make strategic interval inspections to your project to observe and note that the construction is proceeding as contracted. These are inspections to insure quality, workmanship, and compliance to the specifications. Interim reports and a final walk-through report are part of this service.
